NPPES Source Data
Our supplier database is built on the National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) — the official CMS registry of all Medicare-enrolled healthcare providers and suppliers in the United States.
Regular Refresh Cadence
We sync with the NPPES public release files on a regular basis to capture newly enrolled suppliers, address changes, and deactivated NPIs. Our pipeline cross-references CMS accreditation data to flag which suppliers hold active quality certifications.
Accreditation Verification
We verify accreditation status against the five CMS-approved accreditation organizations: The Compliance Team (TCT), ACHC, HQAA, BOC, and ABC — so you can see which suppliers have earned independent quality certification.

Jordan brings 18+ years of healthcare operations experience to DMEHelper. He began his career building a direct-to-consumer division at a family-owned medical equipment company serving Medicare patients with diabetes and chronic pain — a business later acquired by Lincare Holdings (The Linde Group).
He subsequently led digital strategy at Verus Healthcare (sleep division), co-founded Sleep 8 Inc. — a patented CPAP cleaning device company that became the second-largest manufacturer in its category — and currently operates Specialty Medical Equipment Inc., a national mail-order provider of direct-to-patient Medicare supplies. Jordan holds two U.S. utility patents and has deep expertise in Medicare DME compliance, patient acquisition, and AI-powered healthcare operations.
